Refund Policy

At Instasure Ltd., refunds are processed based on the following terms:

• Refunds will be completed within 7 to 10 working days after service cancellation.
• Bank or payment gateway charges may be deducted as per their terms.
• Installation fees, once the installation is completed, will be non-refundable and deducted from the total amount.

Delivery Policy

Instasure Ltd. strives to deliver services within 3 working days. In case of any delay, customers will be informed promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests are accepted under the following conditions:

• The service location is outside Instasure Ltd.’s coverage area.
• Technical limitations prevent service installation or activation.
• The customer decides to cancel the service before installation or activation.
